Nourishing Products
Every herb in our garden has its own story, its own scent, and its own way of making a kitchen (or a cup of tea) feel a little more special. Below, you'll get to know the herbs we grow here at Herbs, Berries and Petals, from kitchen staples to calming favorites, so you can pick the perfect ones for your own garden or table.

Basil
A kitchen garden staple. We grow both classic Genovese basil, prized for its sweet, peppery flavor in pesto and pasta dishes, and African Blue basil, a striking ornamental variety that pollinators love as much as cooks do.

Rosemary
Woody, fragrant, and endlessly useful. Rosemary brings a piney depth to roasted vegetables, breads, and marinades, and its scent alone is enough to make a kitchen feel like home.

Lavender
Our customers' favorite for a reason. English lavender fills the garden with a calming, floral scent perfect for sachets, dream pillows, and homemade teas.

Chamomile
Gentle and sweet, chamomile is the herb for slowing down. Dried and steeped, it makes a soothing tea that has been a bedtime favorite for generations.

Oregano
A bold, earthy herb that anchors Italian and Mediterranean cooking. Ours is grown heirloom-style, so the flavor is richer than anything you will find in a spice jar.

Mints
We grow a full mint family, including peppermint, spearmint, orange mint, and chocolate mint. Each brings its own personality to teas, desserts, and cocktails.
